Zafar Abbas (Canada)
Zafar  is a certified PMP and a graduate in Electrical Engineering. He has 40 years of field experience in telecommunication, satellite, SCADA, and power projects. Zafar has worked with major US, KOREAN, and Middle Eastern groups. Working in multicultural environments, he has developed the capabilities to effectively communicate and manage teams of diverse backgrounds. Zafar has successfully managed and delivered technically complex projects in multi-vendor installations. He has traveled and worked in most volatile countries and regions and has never been afraid to take a challenge both technically and administratively.

Zafar frequently travels to the Middle East to maintain and grow his network of businesses and social contacts thus assisting in fulfilling his responsibilities to his clients and partners. No country is a NO GO area and he is always willing to help partners anywhere anytime. Zafar brings a huge pool of technical resources and a wide range of industrial contacts with the capability to successfully manage and deliver the right product at the right time. Most recently he has been working in an advisory capacity with various international groups.

Zafar believes in continuous professional development and regularly attends seminars and participates in professional forums to achieve that goal. Zafar is passionate about his work and takes pleasure out of his achievements.

Anar Merali (Canada)
A Business Transformation Consultant with 22+ years’ experience in providing comprehensive business analytics and project leadership.

Ms. Merali has been decorated for having repeated success guiding sizable, high-impacting initiatives in the design, redesign, and launch of leading-edge business solutions focused on continuous improvement in the Public Sector. She is a talented consultant and has launched several call centers. She is also an expert presenter, negotiator, and possesses strong business acumen which enables her to forge solid relationships with partners and build consensus across multiple organizational levels focused on the achievement of operational excellence.

Her areas of expertise include but are not limited to Strategic Planning & Analysis, Project/Program Management, Process Design & Implementation, Business Architecture, Application Design & Deployment, and many more. She has worked on dozens of key projects with most of them with the Federal Government, Provincial and Municipal Government. Ms. Merali is also an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) - Lakeshore Chapter.

Ms. Merali is a certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) and has ITIL Foundation and her technical skills are comprised of but not limited to DEVELOPMENT TOOLS, CASE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE AND BUSINESS APPLICATION SOFTWARE.

Ms. Merali holds a Secret Level II clearance and has worked in Prime Minister’s Office (PMO). 

Robert Burke (USA)
A senior business development executive who is centrally involved in an extensive list of start-ups, program/project success, business development for 30+ years both in North America and internationally. As Senior Vice President, Vice President, Director, Program Director, managed myriad complexities (finance, IT, telecom, partnerships) as well as ongoing operations. Proven in revenue generation, operations management, product management, contract management, P & L, M & A, strategic planning and alliances, and hands-on operations.

Key responsibilities have included business development, finance, planning, programs, operations in businesses, and projects around the world. Identified, contracted with, and then nurtured vendor relationships with major (Fortune 100) and smaller companies.

Developed a value-added function with offices and staff, distributors, resellers across diverse operating regions. Developed and managed the operations staff, customer interface, and engineering. Skilled in most aspects of customer development, program management including developing new operations, the intricacies of ongoing operations such as planning, OPEX/CAPEX budgeting, forecasting, program milestone measurement, general operations, contracts, providing meaningful feedback to all involved parties/gaining and maintaining consensus.

Saddig Al Tayeb (Saudi Arabia)
Saddig is a graduate engineer in electrical & electronics from California State University in Sacramento USA. He has served in various capacities in the Kingdom. His recent assignment was as an Asst. Deputy Governor of CITC (Communication Information Technology Commission is the regulator in KSA for competition affairs). Saddig has over 35 years of experience in the fields of telecommunication, IT & public administration, telecommunication regulation, government policies, and procedures. He is now managing his consulting and project management business having secured a consultant status. He also runs his own newly formed company - International Elite Energy and Technology.

Saddig is well respected within the business community and government officials. He is well-traveled having represented the Kingdom at ITU meeting, conferences. He was involved in the approval of implementation plans, managing consultants, contractors, implementing the annual plans, supervising the development of plans, coordination among various parties concerning a major expansion program of the telecommunication facilities, and in the privatization and licensing process in the telecom sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Saddig brings a wealth of expertise for companies intending to operate and develop their business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern countries.


Puneet Randhawa (Canada)
Puneet  has over two decades work experience with several large corporations and start-ups including Tata Unisys, Telstra, and ING Bank in Australia, Canada, and India. His experience spans verticals like M2M, communications, manufacturing, and banking. During the last 10 years, he has worked on large scale data systems requiring cloud technologies for device data and helps architect several systems in the area of IoT and machine data analytics. His expertise is in system engineering, project managing distributed teams, and architecting heterogeneous systems requiring cloud and mobile computing elements.

His knowledge spans cloud computing, big data analytics, imaging systems, machine learning, wireless and satellite systems. As an entrepreneur, he has developed products in the security market that are being commercially used today by several companies globally.

Puneet’s services include helping clients build connected devices software for industrial automation based on artificial intelligence technologies. 

Chan-Hyuk Park (South Korea)
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with an engineering background (Electrical Engineer from Hanyang University, Seoul, Korea) with 26 years of experience empower Chan-Hyuk to undertake any relatable project and work from successful initiation to inception.

Charley has served in various capacities on some of the major power plants of the Middle
East including Project Director at Al Qatrana Power Plant, Al Manakher Power Plant, and Project/Control Manager on Petrochemical and Industrial Plants like (Liquid CO2). He has also served as Proposal (Assistant) Manager on several projects (Gas, Industrial, Environment and Chemical Plants).

Charley is also an expert in the field of ITS (intelligent traffic system), SCADA system, traffic control system, and solar power plant construction. He has also rendered his expertise to big players of the market like KR Solar, Vitzrosys, Lotte Engineering and Construction, Dongbu Engineering, Samsung Engineering.

Last but not the least, Chan-Hyuk has also served as a Lieutenant in Korea Navy and was responsible for basic design and cost estimation of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and control, and Communication equipment of battleships. He also taught at the Technical School of Korea Navy, as an instructor for basic electrical engineering.
